Intelligent Fully Mechanized Coal Mining

In the past ten years, coal mining technology and equipment have developed rapidly, and the fully mechanized mining face has undergone mechanization → automation → intelligent mining. The degree of mechanization of large-scale coal mines in my country has reached 95%, and has entered the stage of intelligence. The intelligent system of fully mechanized mining is based on the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system, and realizes self-adaptive control by improving perception, transmission and intelligent control capabilities. The goal is to realize unmanned coal mining. The high-precision inertial navigation system developed by our company has been successfully applied to the working face straightness control sub-system in the fully mechanized mining intelligent system to help customers maximize production efficiency.
